Meet Karyn
Yoga has been part of my life for more than 20 years — not just as a practice, but as a way of coming home to myself.
I’m Karyn Austin, founder of Harmony Yoga & Sound, a CYA-E-RYT550 yoga teacher, sound healing/kirtan facilitator, musician and lifelong student of yoga.
My teaching weaves together movement, breath, meditation, mantra, sound and deep rest. Over the years I’ve trained in Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pilates and more — but what matters most to me is creating a space where you can simply arrive as you are.
There is nothing to prove and nothing to perfect.
